Valued Members and Customers, SPAtacular Escapes is and always will be committed to ensuring a positive and safe environment for our member’s/customer’s needs. That’s why our motto is – Where Beauty and Wellness Meets. We have always met or exceeded all State requirements in all areas of our spa for your safety and your protection. You are our number one priority! We continue to monitor the rapidly changing situation related to the domestic outbreak of a strain of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and are consulting the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and public health authorities. We understand that concerns for health and safety are affecting our members/customers and we are taking even heightened measures throughout our entire facility to make sure we provide you with the safest environment possible. Our entire team has had one on one consultations with the owners and we are taking every precaution an organization can take to ensure your health & safety. While there is no 100% full proof way to contain COVID-19 we all just have to do our part to help each other. We are providing the following resources and guidance:
Hand Sanitizer available upon walking through the front door and various other locations throughout the spa
Our team is consistently wiping down hard surfaces with Antibacterial wipes in between guests services
Our housekeeping team is regularly wiping down hard surfaces in public areas to help keep them sanitized
Tools and instruments used in the course of providing services have always had the strictest standards applied to their use with the public
Diffusing DoTerra On Guard into the air
Requesting nail guests to wash their hands at our sink prior to manicure services
Propping internal doors open to reduce the amount of touches normally needed to open doors; therefore, reducing risk
Employees know 100% that we support their staying home and avoiding the public if they’re experiencing any signs of sickness at all. Not just COVID-19 symptoms. We sincerely apologize if that impacts you personally.
As such, we also request that you do us the kindness and courtesy as well to cancel your appointment with your service provider if you are not feeling well likewise. We will be here when you get better and our team is always willing to be flexible to help assist customer needs/schedules as soon as you are well! The short-term sacrifices we all make will ensure our long-term enjoyment and business continuity.
