  • How do I purchase a Gift Card online?
    Computer: Gift cards can be purchased online by clicking on "Gift Cards" on the home page or by clicking on our "Book Appointments" page. Go to the second tab at the top labeled "Gift Cards" and follow the instructions from there. You can choose to pick up your gift card at our local facility, have the gift card mailed to you or the recipient, or have it emailed to you or the recipient. Mobile Version: Depending on the type of phone platform you are utilizing, you may have to put your phone in "Desktop mode" to view it as it you are on a computer. The process is the same as mentioned above. How do I put my phone in Desktop mode? Droid / Samsung / Google: Open Google Chrome Browser Go to the 3 dots in upper right hand corner and click to view the drop down Choose the "Desktop site" option Iphone: Open Browser and press finger on screen and hold Menu selections pop up Choose "desktop mode"

    No, all Gift Card sales are final.
  • What do I need to do in order to get a group/party scheduled?
    If you would like to schedule a party or group services, please email the following information to First desired calendar date along with alternative date options for your party Specific start and end times for any of the guests First and last name of each guest Phone numbers for confirmations and appointment reminders. If you do not know all of their numbers, we can put all of them under your phone number initially. Which services each guest would like to schedule If requesting massage services, please note which guests would be open to a male massage therapist If anyone would like lunch from our café before, between, or after her/his appointment **We have a common area (Cozy Cafe) where parties can gather in their robes to socialize and enjoy an entree and beverage. Please let us know if we should build time into the schedule for this. Once we receive the above information, we will reach out to you in order to obtain credit card information to hold the appointments or you may call the front desk with the information (717-791-7723). Also, please note our cancellation policy: You have up until 4 days prior to your scheduled date to cancel anyone in your party without cancellation fees. This affords us time to be able to get other guests scheduled in their place. If anyone cancels within the 4 day window, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service. If anyone cancels the day of the scheduled date, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service. **In order for your services to start on time and ensure a relaxing, stress free experience, please arrive 15 min prior to your scheduled time to fill out our intake forms or download it here, print, fill out, and bring with you the day of your party.**
  • Are there any forms that I need to fill out prior to my visit and if so - Why?
    Yes - for first-time visitors and for certain services. Here is our list of dynamic and downloadable forms and their purpose: New Guest Form: This form is for First-time guests only. It is intended to insure you have a stress free and safe visit with us. With all services (including Salon services), a multitude of products and tools are used to provide the service. Our providers need to be aware of special conditions in order to tailor the service appropriately for your safety. **Tip: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out this form or you may download, print, fill out, and bring this form with you to insure your service begins on time.​ Oncology Massage Form: It is always a good idea to get permission from your Oncologistprior to having any services - Especially since massage is not always recommended for individuals undergoing active treatments.
  • Do I need to bring anything for my spa service/s (massages, facials, body treatments)?"
    Our Locker Rooms are equipped with: ​ Keyed lockers so you can relax during your service knowing your items are safe. Luxurious robes of different sizes: "One size fits all" - which is really a medium/large XL/XXL 3XL - Bamboo material which can be worn in the Infrared sauna in lieu of a bamboo towel to allow maximum benefits from the IR waves. White cloth body wraps which fit nicely under our robes and are generally used for facial services if desired. They can be worn in the sauna and steam room also. Slippers in a variety of sizes. You are always welcome to bring your own slippers/flip flops. Bamboo towels which are naturally anti-microbial and antiviral. They also allow the Infrared waves pass through while in the IR sauna in order to achieve the fullest benefit. Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna with Chromatherapy lights (Free with spa service): Although the IR sauna has the capability to cycle through all ranges (near, mid, far), the saunas are set on the far infrared setting - which is used for detoxification and weight loss. If you would like to take advantage of the other infrared ranges for pain relief, cell regeneration, etc., we recommend you schedule a private sauna session (additional charges will apply). Shower & Steam Shower (Free with spa service): There are two showers provided to rinse off before/after your service: The stand alone shower is for the modest person's ultimate privacy. It includes an over-sized area equipped with a teak bench for an additional place to change before/after your service in private. The "steam shower" is located in the public "steam room". It is intended for those who want to rinse off after finishing a steam session and choose not to move to the private stand alone shower. **Please Note: The steam shower is not a private shower and the steam is not intended to be used simultaneously with the shower. For your safety - PLEASEDO NOT USE THE STEAM AND THE SHOWER AT THE SAME TIME
  • Do you have any snacks/beverages available in case I am going to be there for several hours?
    We provide a complimentary beverage with your service: Bottled water or Lemon/Lime Infused water Tea or Coffee Wine or beer We also have food items and beverages for purchase in our Cafe and Convenient section.

  • What is the difference between all of the pedicures?
    Mini Pedicure: Includes a foot soak, polish removal/application, and lotion Full Pedicure: Includes 10-15 min foot soak, a leg & foot scrub, callous removal, lotion, a foot massage, and polish application. (removal if applicable) Signature SpaE Pedicure: Includes the same services as the Full Pedicure with an additional leg masque with one of our signature scents of the month.
  • What is your guarantee on gel polish services?
    Complimentary fixes for chipping: Gel Polish: Up to 3 days after service **Not applicable for disappointment with polish color choice
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Since we understand that unexpected situations happen to us all, we allow one grace cancellation at no charge. We will have to get a credit card on file for your next appointment in case there is a second occurrence. The following charges will then be applied: ​ You cancel your appointment/s on the same day - 50% of total service fees You do not call and do not show up for your appointment/s - 100% of total service fees ​ Some Tips to avoid charges: ​ If you are ill, it is best for everyone to be proactive and cancel your appointment the day before so no charge is applied. If you have a crazy busy schedule which causes frequent cancellations, it is best to schedule an appointment closer to your choice day or even the day of; though we won't be able to guarantee an opening. ​ * Special exceptions may apply
